This whiny prima donna definitely ranks in the Top 10 of most annoying American Idol contestants. Can’t wait to see him go. He won’t make it out of the semi-finals. And we won’t hear a peep out of him again. Maybe he can get a job at Claire’s Boutique and then he can get the employee discount to grow his headband collection.
He is pretty disgusting and i think his singing sucks. hope i’m not out of line.

Despite what the producers have shown, Nate is not the one that starts the drama. Yes, he reacts to the drama, but wouldn’t you too if you had the life that he had?
Nate is a REALLY good kid. I am so happy that Idol FINALLY painted him in a different light the other night. He has a huge heart and wants nothing but the best for the people he surrounds himself with. We have to all band together and make sure he gets through his week!!

Given the tragic plane crash in Buffalo, the people of Northern New York may need some good news.
Through his singing, Nate may draw an audience not only from New York and Vermont, but from southern Quebec and Montreal. He needs all the votes he can get. Hopefully, his singing and story are good enough to draw votes from the entire AI viewship.

What does a plane crash in Buffalo have to do with Northern NY? Buffalo AIN’T EVEN CLOSE!! Buffalo is just as far from Northern NY as NY City! YES PEOPLE!! THERE IS LIFE NORTH OF ALBANY!! And one of our own is a top contender for AMERICAN IDOL!!
Bob, believe it or not, 99% of American Idol voters do not know that Buffalo is not part of Northern NY, or care. I was just trying to give one more reason to vote for Nate, that’s all.
I think that Bob Mould, another Malone native and member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, should consider lobbying for Nate.
Unlike most, I actually know Nate Marshall as we went to high school together and I spent time with him this past summer at our local fair, which by the way is a blast. Nate has been through so much crap in his life, and I think no one deserves this more than he does. Yes, Nate can be a drama queen at times, but it’s how he has managed to survive all these years and I say, “You go GIRL!” Personally it’s nice to see somebody representing the North Country in a competition as popular as this one, because maybe now it will bring some comradery to our neck of the woods. I now know that American Idol is NOT fake, because Nate crying all the time is the real deal, but I don’t care, it’s a singing competition and I’m sure he will go far. He certainly does have the potential to be one of the greats, I mean William Hung is popular, right?
